How long does it take to get my photos?
Your festive creations are typically ready within 12 hours, though processing may take up to 24 hours during peak times.
What happens to my photos after processing?
We use your images solely to generate your holiday photos. The AI model is deleted within 60 days, and your data is never shared or reused.
What kind of photos should I upload?
For best results, include around 10 close-ups, 3 side views, 5 upper-body shots, and 3 full-body images. Mix indoor and outdoor settings, various expressions (even looking away), and avoid blurry or low-light photos.
Is payment safe?
Absolutely. We process all payments through Stripe, a trusted secure platform. We don’t store any credit card details on our servers.
Can I share or print my AI-generated photos?
Yes! You own the rights to your images and are free to post, print, or use them however you like — from Instagram stories to holiday cards and beyond.
